External Grievance Report

Commonwealth Rolled Products is committed to creating an environment of transparency where any external stakeholder (suppliers, contractors, customers, community, NGO) is not only made to feel comfortable, but encouraged to voice any concerns or report on any misconduct, violations to human rights, modern slavery, safety, environmental, fraud, ethics and integrity issues directly related to Commonwealth’s ongoing operations. Every contact will be treated confidentially, and sensitively, and will be acknowledged and responded to in the manner selected by the complainant as soon as practically possible. Anonymous complaints will be given the same level of consideration but the company will not be able to respond directly as to the outcome.
